Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Special Order items

A special order is a product that is not part of our normal stock range that has been ordered specially upon agreement between both parties. Products of this nature are non-returnable items.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 120a Sheen Road, Richmond Upon Thames, Surrey, TW9 1UR, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item back to us you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
